주의할 것
- 1무료(Free) 로 받은 사진은 사이트 푸터 · 이미지 옆 · 영상 크레딧 등에 Freepik(Magnific) 출처와 링크를 적어야 한다 — 약관상 표시 면제는 Premium · Premium+ · Pro 구독자가 구독 기간 중 받은 콘텐츠에만 적용되고, 저가 Essential 구독은 표시 의무가 그대로다.
- 2티셔츠 · 머그 · 엽서 · 앱 · 게임 · 광고 영상처럼 되파는 물건에 사진이 「주된 요소」로 들어가면 안 된다(애매하면 주된 요소로 본다) — Pro 의 Merchandise License 같은 상위 플랜 조건이 있어야 한다. 사진을 상표 · 로고에 쓰는 것도 금지.
- 3로고 · 알아볼 수 있는 상품 · 공공건물 · 행사 · 배경 인물이 찍힌 사진과 Editorial 표시 사진은 광고 · 마케팅 · 상품 판매에 쓸 수 없고 보도 · 설명 용도로만 쓸 수 있다.

- Freepik 은 2026-04-28 Magnific 으로 이름을 바꿨고 freepik.com/legal 주소는 magnific.com/legal/terms-of-use 로 넘어간다(2026-06 판 약관). 약관 본문은 직접 읽었지만 옛 'Freepik License' 문서(Free License / Premium License 두 문서로 나뉘어 있던 판)는 더 이상 공개되어 있지 않아 비교하지 못했다.
- 출처 표시 안내(magnific.com/ai/docs/licenses-attribution)는 크롬으로 직접 열어 확인했다(2026-11-01): 표시 문구는 이제 「Designed by Magnific」 + www.magnific.com 링크이고, 이미지 옆이 가장 좋고 안 되면 사이트 푸터 · 크레딧 · 설명란에 둔다.
- 플랜 비교 표(하루 10개 · Free 는 출처 표시 필수)는 공식 도움말 페이지를 텍스트 변환 프록시로 읽은 것이다. Essential 플랜은 표에 없었고 약관 9.3.1 에만 나온다.
- Freepik 무료 사진 출처 미표기로 실제 청구 · 내용증명을 받은 국내 사례는 찾지 못했다.
