- 2SA(동일조건변경허락): 이모지를 그대로 쓰면 서비스 전체를 CC BY-SA 로 공개할 필요는 없다는 게 관리자 답변이지만, 색 · 모양을 고치거나 OpenMoji 를 바탕으로 새 아이콘을 만들면 그 결과물은 CC BY-SA 4.0 으로 공개해야 한다 — 자체 디자인 시스템에 섞어 넣고 비공개로 두는 용도에는 맞지 않는다.
- 3글꼴 파일(OpenMoji Black · Color 폰트)은 프로젝트 스스로 '알파 · 프로덕션 비권장' 이라 밝혔으므로 SVG · PNG 를 쓴다.

- '이모지를 그대로 쓰면 서비스 전체에 SA 가 미치지 않는다' 는 관리자 의견(비법률가 전제)이며, CC 라이선스의 '편집물(collection)' 과 '개작물' 경계를 다룬 한국 판결은 찾지 못했다.
- OpenMoji 코드(helpers 등)는 LGPL-3.0 이라고 README 에 적혀 있으나 LGPL 원문 파일은 저장소에서 확인하지 않았다(그림만 쓰는 경우 무관).
- OpenMoji 무단 사용 · 출처 미표기로 실제 분쟁이 된 사례는 찾지 못했다.

No, you don't have to release the entirety e.g. you app, game, film ... under CC-BY-SA, but I believe you must credit the use of OpenMoji.
