라이선스 · 굿즈 사용 질문 이슈(#18 · #94 · #103 · #136)에 Microsoft 직원의 답변이 하나도 없다 — '그림에도 MIT 가 적용된다' 는 공식 확인은 LICENSE 파일 외에는 없다.
이슈 #103 은 Figma Community 의 Fluent Emoji 파일이 CC BY 4.0 으로 표시돼 있다고 하는데, Figma 페이지는 열어 확인하지 않았다(GitHub 배포본은 MIT).
Windows 11 에 내장된 Segoe UI Emoji 글꼴 자체는 이 저장소에 없고 Windows 사용권을 따른다 — 이 항목은 GitHub 로 배포된 SVG · PNG 에 대한 판단이다.
Fluent Emoji 무단 사용으로 실제 분쟁이 된 사례는 찾지 못했다.
