유료 플랜만 결과물의 권리를 가짐 — 무료 플랜 결과물은 약관상 소유권이 Leonardo 에 넘어가 상업 이용을 권하지 않음
주의할 것
- 1현행 약관 8.7조는 무료 플랜 이용자가 만든 결과물의 지식재산권이 만드는 순간 Leonardo 에 귀속된다고 정한다. 도움말 센터의 「상업 이용 가능」 안내는 유료 플랜 기준으로 읽어야 하고, 무료 플랜 결과물을 내 제품에 쓰는 것은 피한다.
- 2유료 플랜에서 비공개(private mode) 를 켜고 만든 이미지에 한해 「소유권 · 저작권 · 모든 지식재산권을 이용자가 보유」한다고 안내한다. 공개로 올린 뒤 비공개로 바꿔도 이미 준 권리는 돌아오지 않는다고 보는 것이 안전하다.
- 3공개 피드의 남의 이미지는 서비스 안 기능(리믹스 · 업스케일 · 가이드) 으로만 쓸 수 있다. 그대로 내려받아 내 제품에 쓰는 것은 약관이 허용한 범위가 아니다.

확인하지 못한 것
- 이용약관 원문은 크롬으로 직접 열어 8조를 확인했다(2026-11-01). 약관 페이지에서 최종 수정일 표시는 찾지 못했다. 무료 이용자에게 결과물 이용을 다시 허락하는 조항도 찾지 못했다.
- 플랜 이름 · 가격(Apprentice · Artisan · Maestro 등) 과 어느 플랜부터 비공개 모드가 되는지는 pricing 페이지가 403 이라 확인하지 못했다(Help Center 는 「유료 플랜」이라고만 쓴다).
- Leonardo 의 Phoenix 등 자체 모델 외에 Flux · 커뮤니티 파인튜닝 모델 출력물에 다른 라이선스가 붙는지는 확인하지 못했다.
- Leonardo.Ai 출력물로 국내외 분쟁이 된 사례는 찾지 못했다.
