출력물 상업 이용 허용 — 무료 · 구 Basic 플랜 생성물은 전부 공개되고 남이 리믹스 가능, Plus 이상만 비공개
주의할 것
- 1무료 플랜(과 구 Basic) 에서 만든 이미지는 모두 공개되고, 다른 이용자가 그대로 쓰고 리믹스할 수 있는 권리를 약관으로 받는다. 로고 · 상품 시안처럼 남이 쓰면 곤란한 것은 Plus 이상(비공개 유지) 에서 만든다.
- 2Ideogram 은 출력물 소유권을 주장하지 않고 상업 이용을 막지 않지만, 「상업 목적으로 써도 되는지 · 제3자 허락이 필요한지 스스로 판단하라」며 책임을 지지 않는다. 글자 · 로고 생성이 강점이라 남의 상표 · 글꼴과 닮은 결과가 나올 수 있다.
- 3출력물에 붙는 워터마크를 지우는 것은 금지(6조 (H)). 공개 피드의 남의 이미지를 가져다 쓰는 것도 서비스 안 기능(리믹스 등) 범위로만 허용된다.

확인하지 못한 것
- ideogram.ai/pricing 은 크롬으로 직접 열어 확인했다(2026-11-01): Plus(월 20달러) · Pro(월 60달러) 플랜에 「Private generation」이 들어 있다. 무료 플랜 항목은 가격 페이지에서 따로 보이지 않았다.
- 문서 사이드바에 「Licensing: shows only if you have a commercial license bought through the app」 이라는 항목이 있다 — 앱에서 따로 파는 「상업 라이선스」가 무엇인지(파트너 모델용인지) 원문을 찾지 못했다.
- Ideogram 안에서 고를 수 있는 파트너 모델(OpenAI · Google · Tongyi) 출력물에 그 회사 약관이 추가 적용되는지는 확인하지 못했다.
- Ideogram 출력물로 국내외 분쟁이 된 사례는 찾지 못했다.
