주의할 것
- 1IP 보증(indemnification)은 기업(Enterprise) 계약 고객이 「certain Firefly-powered workflows」에 한해 받는 것이고, 개인 · 일반 구독자에게는 없다. 베타 기능 출력물은 기업 고객이라도 보증 대상이 아니다.
- 2Firefly 로 만든 이미지에는 AI 생성 표시(Content Credentials)가 자동으로 붙고, 이를 지우거나 고치거나 끄면 안 된다(Generative AI User Guidelines 6조).
- 3「Adobe Stock · 퍼블릭 도메인으로만 학습해 상업적으로 안전」이라는 설명은 Adobe 자체 Firefly 모델에 대한 것이다. Firefly 안에서 고를 수 있는 파트너 모델(OpenAI · Google 등) 출력물은 그 회사 약관을 따로 봐야 한다.

확인하지 못한 것
- 기업 고객 IP 보증의 구체 범위(어느 기능 · 어느 모델까지, 보상 한도)는 기업 계약 문서에 있어 공개 원문을 확인하지 못했다. 보도자료의 「certain Firefly-powered workflows」까지만 확인.
- Firefly 안의 파트너 모델(OpenAI · Google · Runway 등) 출력물의 상업 이용 · 보증에 대한 Adobe 공식 문구는 찾지 못했다. 파트너 모델 결과물에 「commercially safe」 표시가 없다는 커뮤니티 사용자 보고만 있다.
- Firefly 무료 플랜과 유료 플랜 사이에 출력물 권리 차이가 있다는 문구는 FAQ 에서 보지 못했다(베타 표시 여부로만 나뉜다). 별도 플랜 약관은 확인하지 못했다.
- Firefly 출력물로 실제 분쟁(소송 · 내용증명)이 된 사례는 찾지 못했다.
